The massage I do have to say was really good. I got the full body massage (private room, and undressed). I don’t have super high expectations for customer service when it comes to these foot massage places (it is kinda you get what you pay for) but after years of going to similar spas I’ve never been shaken down for money so much. 1. I got the $40 full body massage 2. I mentioned a $5 coupon they have listed on their website 3 different times, including when I made my appointment. I also provided them my phone to show them it was listed on the website with an expiration date that was set to expire in 2 more months. They were not going to honor it, but then finally did after staring at my phone no joke 5 Minutes (long time to stare at a simple and clear coupon ON THEIR WEBSITE) 3. They charged me a $1 card fee when I never authorized that, and would have offered cash instead 4. They said it was a mandatory $10 tip....mind you they told me this before I even got the massage (that’s a 25% tip that they just assume......) I’m happy I was happy with the massage, otherwise I couldn’t imagine giving a great tip for someone who didn’t deserve it Anyhow, I’m not saying don’t go here...just be prepared for surprises if you do.
